These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BlockForge cryptocurrency mining pool, website, servers, APIs, dashboards, and related services ("Services").
By accessing or using BlockForge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
BlockForge provides cryptocurrency mining pool infrastructure that allows miners to contribute computing power toward cryptocurrency networks supported by BlockForge.
Mining results are probabilistic. BlockForge does not guarantee that a miner, pool, or group of miners will discover any block or earn any particular amount of cryptocurrency.
Past mining performance does not guarantee future results.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of BlockForge and cryptocurrency mining is lawful in your jurisdiction.
You may not use BlockForge for unlawful activity or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
Mining rewards may depend on factors including, but not limited to:
Displayed statistics, estimated earnings, probabilities, hashrates, or projected rewards are estimates unless explicitly identified otherwise.
BlockForge does not guarantee mining profitability or payment amounts.
A block detected by BlockForge or a connected miner is not necessarily a payable or final block.
Blocks may become stale, orphaned, rejected, invalid, reorganized, or otherwise fail to produce a spendable reward.
Rewards may be subject to network maturity and confirmation requirements before they become eligible for payment.
Miners are responsible for providing a correct and compatible cryptocurrency wallet address.
Cryptocurrency transactions generally cannot be reversed.
BlockForge is not responsible for cryptocurrency sent to an incorrect, incompatible, inaccessible, or user-controlled wallet address provided by the miner.
Miners are responsible for maintaining access to and security of their wallets and private keys.
BlockForge may charge mining pool fees.
Applicable fees should be displayed on the BlockForge website or relevant mining-pool page.
BlockForge may change fees in the future. Material fee changes should be disclosed through the website or another reasonable communication method.
Payout timing and minimum payout thresholds may vary by cryptocurrency.
Payments may be delayed because of blockchain confirmations, wallet maintenance, network congestion, software failures, security concerns, insufficient confirmed balances, or other technical conditions.
BlockForge does not guarantee instantaneous payouts.
You are solely responsible for your mining equipment and associated expenses, including:
BlockForge is not responsible for damage to mining equipment resulting from mining, overclocking, overheating, improper configuration, power failure, or other hardware or software conditions outside BlockForge's control.
BlockForge aims to provide reliable mining infrastructure but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Services may become temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, hardware failure, software problems, network outages, blockchain issues, denial-of-service attacks, security incidents, upstream provider problems, or circumstances outside BlockForge's reasonable control.
Users may not intentionally:
BlockForge may restrict or terminate access associated with abusive, malicious, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.
Cryptocurrency and cryptocurrency mining involve significant risks.
Cryptocurrency prices may fluctuate substantially and may lose some or all of their value.
Mining difficulty, block rewards, network rules, algorithms, forks, regulations, and market conditions may change without notice.
You assume the risks associated with cryptocurrency mining.

Information provided through BlockForge is for informational and operational purposes only.
Nothing provided by BlockForge constitutes a recommendation to purchase, sell, hold, mine, or invest in any cryptocurrency.
You are responsible for determining and satisfying any tax reporting or payment obligations arising from cryptocurrency received through mining.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlockForge and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of the Services, including losses resulting from lost mining revenue, lost cryptocurrency, hardware failure, downtime, blockchain reorganizations, network problems, wallet-address errors, or cryptocurrency price changes.
